Growing up in Jupiter, Florida, I was fortunate to be raised on and around the water. From an early age, boating, fishing, and surfing were a way of life, creating a passion for the marine industry that has only grown stronger throughout my life. Boats have never simply been a profession for me-they have always been a genuine passion and an important part of who 1 am. My father, Wayne Roman, spent nearly 40 years as a successful yacht broker and owned Wayne Roman Yacht Sales for approximately 20 years. Specializing in high-end custom sportfishing yachts, including renowned builders such as Garlington, Merritt, and Jim Smith, he introduced me to the business at a young age and instilled in me an appreciation for quality craftsmanship, integrity, and exceptional customer service. Following in his footsteps, I joined his company in my twenties and spent approximately eight years learning the yacht brokerage business firsthand. During that time, I gained valuable experience working with discerning clients, marketing premium yachts, and developing the product knowledge and professionalism necessary to succeed in this industry. After spending nearly a decade in the fitness industry, I returned to my true passion and re-entered the marine industry in 2015. Since then, I have dedicated myself to helping clients buy and sell yachts while building long-term relationships based on trust, honesty, and exceptional service. What has always been most important to me is the relationship with my clients. While I take great pride in helping people buy and sell yachts, I have never viewed this business as simply closing transactions. My goal has always been to build lasting relationships and serve as a trusted advisor throughout every stage of the boating journey. I genuinely care about the people I work with and always strive to put their best interests first. Over the years, many of my clients have become close friends, which I consider one of the most rewarding aspects of this profession. There is nothing more fulfilling than helping someone find the right boat, create unforgettable memories on the water, and knowing they can count on me long after the sale is complete. Today, I remain committed to delivering a first-class experience for every client while sharing the same enthusiasm for boating that has shaped my life from the very beginning. I am grateful to work in an industry I truly love and look forward to helping clients enjoy the boating lifestyle that has meant so much to me throughout my life.
