We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email, role), broker profile information (license, credentials, photo), listing information, and messages sent through the platform. We also collect usage data and device information automatically.
We use your information to operate the platform, verify broker credentials, facilitate connections between buyers, sellers, and brokers, process payments, send notifications, and improve our services. Deals may be completed on or off the platform.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information with other users as necessary to facilitate connections, for example, broker profiles are publicly visible. We share data with service providers (Supabase, Vercel, Resend, PayPal) solely to operate the platform. We do not store card or payment details.
Broker profiles including name, location, credentials, commission rate, and sales history are publicly visible on the platform. Brokers may request removal of their profiles by contacting support.
We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest. However, no system is 100% secure. Please use a strong password and keep your credentials confidential.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support@elyxe.io.
