By accessing or using Elyxe, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Elyxe is a marketplace connecting yacht and boat buyers, sellers, and verified brokers. We facilitate connections between parties but are not a party to any transaction or deal. Deals may be completed on or off the platform. Elyxe does not currently require or process transaction payments.
Buyers, sellers, and brokers are free to complete transactions outside of Elyxe. The platform currently serves as a discovery and communication tool. We do not take a commission or fee on any deal, whether completed on or off the platform. This may change in a future version of the platform with advance notice to users.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and update it as necessary. You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform.
Brokers on Elyxe undergo a verification process including license review and identity confirmation. However, Elyxe does not guarantee the accuracy of all broker-provided information and is not liable for broker actions. Always perform your own due diligence before entering any transaction.
Broker subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Elite, Agency) are charged monthly and grant access to platform features. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Elyxe does not currently charge any deal facilitation fee or commission on transactions.
You may not use the platform for fraudulent activity, harassment, spam, or any unlawful purpose. Misrepresentation of identity, credentials, or listing details is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account removal.
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. Elyxe reserves the right to remove listings that violate our policies or are reported as inaccurate or fraudulent.
Elyxe is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, or from any transaction between users.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Broward County, Florida.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
